The Retro D
Draws inspiration from classic mid-century baseball lettering, connecting our program to the timeless tradition of baseball in Deerfield since 1951.
The Deer
Reflects Deerfield’s community roots and gives this year’s hat a fresh, distinctive look. When other teams see our hat, they’ll know they’re playing Deerfield.
Its upward leaping stance symbolizes our program’s ongoing commitment to helping our athletes grow and reach new heights each year.
The deer’s form creates an “F” which, when paired with the retro “D,” subtly spells a “DF,” an homage to Deerfield.
The Antler
The antlers, shaped like a “W,”, paying homage to the Warriors, our hometown team name and mascot.
The Colors
Our hat features all four of DYBA — and Deerfield High School’s — signature colors: red, black, grey, and white. Incorporating both red and grey was especially important, as they represent our program’s two teams, uniting the entire organization under one look.
