SEASONAL SHAKES CREATIVE
As a summer marketing associate, I was tasked with developing creative and promotional strategy for the launch of both the Salted Caramel Shake and the seasonal re-launch of the Candy Cane Shake. I produced design and copy content for social, online and in-restaurant print materials while also assisting with market research and photography. Portillo's fans were quick to ~shake~ up their traditional orders and ~fall~ in love with our Salted Caramel Shake; the sweet and savory seasonal shake is now an annual autumnal menu item!
BEEF BUS BUMPER STICKERS
To celebrate Portillo’s first mobile food truck — the Beef Bus — I designed souvenir bumper stickers that were gifted to fans at each ~meat-and-greet~ with the goal of ~driving~ brand awareness and literally spreading the Portillo's name across the country!
CATERING GUIDE
To showcase Portillo's range of delicious catering options, I designed a new, 20-page catering guide, helped oversee the accompanying photoshoot and collaborated with the catering department to ensure the copy was both informative and to-the-point.
